We are partnered with DHL, Royal Mail and APC courier and offer a variety of services to ship items as promptly as possible to our customers. Services included are 48-hour courier (APC Courier), first class next day (Royal Mail) and international express (DHL). Please note that all delivery dates are estimated. Delays can occur especially around the Christmas and holiday period so if you urgently require a part, please kindly contact us where we can offer the best service possible (prices may vary). If you are wanting more than one item, we can offer a combined postage.
All purchases will be sent to the address provided. Please ensure that your address is filled out in full, this includes any house names, road names and post codes.
International Orders:
For international shipments, please may we ask that your correct PO Box number is provided when placing the order, as we will not be able to process the order, and the item may be returned.
Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is responsible for being present or if another person is available at the time to accept the order. If for any reason the item fails to be delivered, full responsibility will fall to the buyer to arrange either:
An alternative date or an alternative location i.e. next-door neighbour, work address etc.
Please note, tracked services provide an estimated delivery date. Tracked 24 services are normally NEXT DAY however they can be subject to potential delays. Tracked 48 services may also be subject to delays and may take up to 1-3 business days to arrive.
