We would kindly like to ask that all returns are sent back in the same condition as they were when received. Please ensure that the box is not spoiled in any way, i.e. Oil/grease, ripped / torn packaging or unsightly gaffer tape as this would deface the packaging once removed. Items that are not returned in a resalable condition may be subject to a deduction from the refund.
Please note that all warranty return parts must be returned in good timing to allow us to further inspect prior to any refund or replacement part.
Warranty covers parts that are reported as faulty within the warranty period 6 months or 12 months. Warranty covers any manufacturing defect, subject to a thorough examination of the returned part by our suppliers/manufacturers. Their decision will be final.
